What's more, the pan is also perfect for fried eggs or scrambled eggs, because the crepe pan has a special feature: the edge is slightly higher at the back (approx. 3.1 cm) than the front (2.3 cm) - so nothing goes wrong!
There are flatter crepe pans? Yes, that's true, but this model scores points above all with its dimensionally stable aluminum body. Pans are exposed to high levels of energy, especially when using induction. If the material is too thin, the pan will dent. Thanks to the special shape, the body of this pan remains warp-free.
