The BERNDES cast aluminum universal roaster is the perfect companion in the kitchen when it comes to casseroles, braised dishes and, of course, roasts. The body made of sturdy die-cast aluminum is not only easy to handle, it is also fully oven-safe thanks to the cast-on handles. It is no problem at all to sear or braise the dish on all common types of stove and then finish cooking it in the oven.
Its 5.6 mm thick full-surface induction base is suitable for all types of stoves, such as induction, gas, electric, glass ceramic and halogen. The reinforced 3-layer non-stick coating prevents anything from sticking and makes cleaning particularly easy, even on the outside. Of course, the PTFE coating is 100% PFOA-free. The glass lid can also be used as a separate casserole dish, so casseroles can also be served attractively at the table.
