Summer, sun, fruit cake! The fruit base molds in the Basic Baking series by Birkmann have an excellent branded non-stick coating and are therefore characterized by the best non-stick properties. The base can be easily turned out of the mold after baking and covered with pudding, creams, fruit and berries as desired. The molds can then be easily cleaned by hand and stored in the resealable box until the next baking session.
