Due to the high temperature during the casting process, stoneware is very stable and long-lasting. A special glazing technique underlines the characteristic hand-crafted quality: the matte outer surfaces are a harmonious contrast to the shiny inner glaze. The glaze also makes it easy to clean, while the roughened outer surface provides a non-slip grip.
The colors depend heavily on the firing temperature and duration. Therefore, each piece can have individual structures and shades and is therefore unique.
