The carafe is mouth-blown from high-quality crystal glass and forms a harmonious unit with the base made of Bavarian Forest wood, which is cut, glued and hand-turned entirely by hand in Germany. The treatment with oil emphasises the structure of the wood and brings it out particularly well. The surface of the wood has a smooth shine when oiled, which can be refreshed at any time by re-oiling (e.g. with linseed oil). To clean and care for the decanter, we recommend the EISCH cleaning pearls, the EISCH decanter dryer, which easily dries even hard-to-reach places inside glass vessels, and the EISCH polishing cloth. Hand washing recommended.
