The cookware is equipped with a 6.2 mm thick, encapsulated sandwich base made of stainless steel with a thick aluminum core, which distributes the heat optimally across the entire base. The inside of the pans in the series has a PFOA and PFOS-free, four-layer PTFA Slip-Let non-stick coating. This coating means less fat is needed because the food comes off more easily. Coated pans are also easier to clean.
The simple, elegant Nordic kitchen stainless steel saucepan is extremely wear-resistant. Its size makes the saucepan perfect for cooking eggs, vegetables or rice, for example. The wooden handle sits securely in the hand when preparing food. The saucepan and the accompanying lid are easy to clean with hot water and detergent.
