The bread knife from the Edge series by Fiskars is large, powerful, yet slim and contemporary. The striking, 23 cm long, black blade made of Japanese stainless steel (hardness: 53 HRC) has a serrated edge that allows the knife to cut cleanly through hard bread crusts without tearing the crumb. Sharp and stable, it cuts bread without much effort, but also other hard and solid foods such as fruit and vegetables. Thanks to the PTFE coating, the cut material does not stick to the blade. In addition, the coating protects the blade with its puristic lines from rust and premature wear. Thanks to the non-stick coating, dirt can be easily rinsed off with clean water. The seamlessly attached, ergonomically shaped handle made of black, non-slip plastic is just as easy to clean as the blade.
