You can even chop herbs and spices effortlessly and, thanks to the wide blade, easily transfer them to pots and pans. The black PFTE coating on the high-quality steel blade prevents the cut food from sticking, as well as the formation of rust and premature signs of wear. The chef's knife is also visually impressive across the board: the extremely clear lines are underlined by the black of the blade and handle, an orange accent adds visual tension and a very contemporary touch.
