The paring knife is accordingly innovative: handy and equipped with an 8 cm short blade, it impresses both visually and functionally with a slim and contemporary design that aims to be easy to handle. The smooth transition between the ergonomically shaped black handle and the black blade allows for different cutting techniques. The straight, sharp blade made of Japanese premium steel cuts fruit and vegetables precisely and safely. A PFTE coating protects the HRC 53 hardness blade from dirt and damage, for example from hard shells and cores or fruit acids. After use, the easy-care knife can simply be rinsed under running water and is ready for use again immediately. If it is heavily soiled, it can be cleaned in the dishwasher, unlike many other sharp knives.
