The durable 2-layer Hardtec PTFE coating on the inside of the frying pan does not contain PFOA/PFOS and thus ensures frying without sticking. The frying pan also integrates an energy base that has been optimized to increase the heating speed by 50%. The safe Bakelite handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold. Functional Form cookware is stackable and can be stored to save space. The Functional Form cooking series from Fiskars is a versatile series for all kitchens and cooks. The pan is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 150 °C. The maximum frying temperature is 240 °C. Designed and manufactured in Finland.
