The aluminum sauté pan can be heated quickly and efficiently on all types of stoves. The durable 2-layer Hardtec PTFE coating on the inside of the pan does not contain PFOA/PFOS and ensures non-stick frying. The pan also integrates an energy base that has been optimized to increase the heating speed by 50%. The safe Bakelite handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold. The flat glass lid with silicone rim allows safe observation. Functional Form cookware is stackable and can be stored to save space. The Functional Form cooking series from Fiskars is a versatile series for all kitchens and chefs. The pan is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 150 °C.
