The pan also integrates an energy base that has been optimized to increase the heating speed by 50%. The safe Bakelite handle stays cool and is comfortable to hold. The flat glass lid with silicone rim allows safe observation. Functional Form cookware is stackable and can be stored to save space. The Functional Form cooking series from Fiskars is a versatile series for all kitchens and cooks. The pan is easy to clean as it is dishwasher safe. Oven safe up to 150 °C.
