Seki Magoroku Red Wood, a series of chef's knives with typical Japanese characteristics. The use of high-carbon stainless steel ensures that the knife stays sharp and sharp for a long time. A minimalist basic shape is combined with traditional Japanese aesthetics. The name comes from the use of redwood pakka wood - an ideal combination of durability and ergonomics. High-quality resins added to the wood make the material particularly resilient and moisture-resistant. The handle, which tapers towards the blade, is comfortable to hold. The handle and blade are inserted and firmly connected by means of a shiny black plastic ferrule. The ferrule encloses the base of the blade and thus prevents dirt from accumulating at the transition from blade to handle.
