Only some of these species are included in the Natures Diversity series at Könitz. The artist Maria Mähler has lovingly and meticulously illustrated the beauty of the species for us. All illustrations are also labelled so that you can learn more about the diversity of nature. There are over 90 known species of whale. They are among the largest mammals that live in the water. Some of the elegant specimens now adorn our Könitz mugs. The illustrations were placed on bone china porcelain. On a new family of shapes from Könitz. Each species on an individually suitable shape.
