The "Coffee For One" coffee machine from Könitz promises fresh coffee without any electricity. The four-piece set enables the slow and step-by-step preparation of a cup of coffee. The resulting "slow coffee" is an extension of "slow food" and promotes awareness of freshly brewed coffee and its enjoyable consumption. The "slow coffee machine" consists of a fine-mesh stainless steel filter in a porcelain attachment on a porcelain cup with a matching lid, which can also be used as a shelf.
It's very easy to use: put the porcelain attachment with the sieve on the mug, pour your favorite coffee into the sieve, pour hot water over it so that the coffee is just wet. Then wait until the brewed coffee has run into the mug. Gradually pour more brewing water into the sieve and let it run through. Repeat the process until the cup is filled approx. 1.5cm below the drinking rim. And then just enjoy!
