Remove the oil and dry the pan with paper towels. The pan is now greased and ready to use!
Rinse with hot water only. Dry carefully and rub with a thin layer of fat. For the full effect, heat the pan for rubbing.
If the use of detergent is necessary, the pan must be greased again after washing.
