The diamond-shaped, machine-blown Oaked Chardonnay glass from the striking Extreme glass series is particularly suitable for New World wines. The size of the bowl gives the rich bouquet space to develop its diverse aromas while minimizing the risk of over-concentration. Extreme glasses are named after their extreme contour and have diamond-shaped bowls that slope sharply outwards before narrowing at the top edge. The result is an exceptionally wide evaporation surface that intensifies and refines the smoothness of New World wines, which tend to be more fruity, in the mouth. All RIEDEL glasses are dishwasher safe.
