Y-peeler from the REDO series. This stainless steel peeler has a flexible blade that follows the contours of the vegetables for optimal results. Made from 98% recycled plastic, which is made from used packaging and gives the Y-peeler a unique rough look. The Y-peeler has a steel frame with two sharp hooks of different sizes on each side to remove buds and sprouts. The handle follows the traditional Japanese Shinogi profile and therefore sits comfortably and in control in the hand. With a Shinogi handle, the shaft has a vertical edge, which ensures that the handle sits comfortably in the hand and the peeler can be used by both right- and left-handed people.
