With this cookie cutter you can easily cut out the top and bottom of the popular Linzer biscuits. Simply press the desired motif into the outer ring - and off you go. You can disassemble the cookie cutter for cleaning. You can now use the outer ring to cut out the bottom parts for the Linzer biscuits. Now bake both parts and put them on top of each other with a little jelly, jam, icing or hazelnut nougat cream - done.
