Do you want to bake Linzer cookies in a rosette shape with six leaves? No problem with this cookie cutter. With this cookie cutter you can easily cut out the top and bottom of the popular Linzer cookies and use the integrated ejector to place them easily and safely on the baking tray. To cut out the Linzer bottom part (and to clean it) you can disassemble the cookie cutter into three parts (inner part, outer ring and holder). You can now use the outer ring to cut out the bottom parts for the Linzer cookies. Now bake both parts and put them on top of each other with a little jelly, jam, icing or hazelnut nougat cream - done.
