The practical, detachable Linzer cookie cutter with a 3-hole motif. To cut out the Linzer bottom part (and for cleaning), you can disassemble the cookie cutter into three parts (inner part, outer ring and holder). You can now use the outer ring to cut out the bottom parts for the Linzer cookies. Now bake both parts and put them on top of each other with a little jelly, jam, icing or hazelnut nougat cream - done.
