This Linzer cookie cutter comes with Welser rings and cannot be dismantled. With this cookie cutter you can easily cut out the top part of the popular Linzer cookies and use the integrated ejector to place them easily and safely on the baking tray. To cut out the Linzer bottom part you will need the matching outer ring. Now bake both parts and place them on top of each other with a little jelly, jam, icing or hazelnut nougat cream - done.
