A clean, clear solution for fresh, delicious cake creations! The edge foil is 160 µm thick and therefore particularly dimensionally stable.
Allows easier removal of the cake ring and extra smooth cake edges. Also suitable for spreading tempered chocolate coating.
DO NOT use for baking. This edge foil is made of high-quality, food-safe plastic and is very dimensionally stable and freezer-stable.

Städter recommends rinsing the film under warm running water after use so that it can be used several times.
