”Capelano” was introduced in autumn 2004 and represents the latest addition to Stelton norstaal. Today, the preparation and presentation of food is an expression of lifestyle, table settings have changed and plates are larger than ever. It was obvious to develop cutlery that reflected these modern views and the result was Capelano: a completely new and different design language with a long, slender and elegant design where aesthetics and function go hand in hand. This is especially true of the knife, whose twist between handle and cutting edge is an often copied but rarely achieved design feature. Compared to the other design classics from Stelton norstaal, Capelano is the young rebel - a very original and successful one that fits perfectly with the table settings of modern households.
