Cold brew is a relatively new coffee trend, although the method is old and can be traced back to 17th century Japan. Instead of using hot water, it is brewed using cold water over a longer period of time. This results in a cold coffee, with less bitterness and more sweetness than normal coffee brewing. The cold brew method is perfect for iced coffee and coffee shakes. The Nohr filter for cold brew fits perfectly into the Nohr glass jug. Place the jug (sold separately) with the filter and coffee in the fridge for 10 to 12 hours. After that, the filter is removed from the jug and the cold coffee is ready to serve. The Nohr series was designed by Søren Refsgaard with the aim of creating a series for coffee fans who want the ultimate taste experience.
