The Trigono series consists of five different knives, each serving its own purpose. The knives were designed by Danish architect Simon Kalmer, who had the vision to create a simple design with a distinctly geometric form language. The knives are made of steel with 18% chromium content (Chromium 18) - a particularly robust stainless steel that ensures that the Trigono knives remain uniquely sharp for a long time and have a strong stain-resistant effect on acidic foods. Steel with 18% chromium is the perfect balance between robustness and sharpening-friendly softness - for sharp and low-maintenance knives. The uniquely balanced triangular shaft ensures that the knives are equally comfortable in large and small hands.

Care instructions:
Clean knives in lukewarm water with detergent and then immediately dry with a soft cloth. Not dishwasher safe. The knives can be sharpened with a conventional sharpening steel and all types of knife sharpeners. Never store knives in a drawer in case they come into contact with other kitchen utensils, as this will dull them. Store on a knife magnet or in a knife block.
